The Skilled Regional Sponsored Visa - Subclass 475 is a 3 year provisional Visa meant for those skilled workers who fail to meet the requirements for a Skilled - Independent visa. It is compulsory to fulfill either of the following requirements:
1. Nominated by State government agency or a Territory government agency
2. Sponsorship by a relative residing in a designated area of Australia provided the relative fulfills the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility criteria of Sponsor:
It is obligatory that the eligible sponsor must sign a Sponsorship Undertaking so as to prove the following facets:
1) Provide apt financial help (including accommodation) during the first two year stay of the major applicant.
